Ireland assumed the responsibility of the elected member of the Security Council

The Irish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dublin Ireland will remain a member of the Security Council in January 2021.

The Foreign Ministry said that UN support is the cornerstone of Irish foreign policy.

Irish Prime Minister is a great honor to be elected member of the Security Council, said Michael Martin.

British Prime Minister will try to meet the expectations of UN countries would be a free and fair way to fulfill the Security Council in Ireland.

Ireland has been a three-time member of the UN Security Council.
